LOT318′s Immediate Needs

Legal Needs:

• Provide assistance / finances to apply and establish our non-profit status – In process
• Provide accounting duties once we establish non-profit status (quarterly taxes, payroll taxes, reimbursements, a/c payable and receivable etc.) – In process
• Grant writers….we need support/finances to run our ministry.

Office Needs:

We have decided to renovate a bedroom in Letty’s house into an office for us to work. We have no home base and are in desperate need of working quarters. With this office we have a bunch of new needs!

Community Needs:

Help us be better equipped to serve the community. Will you please help us be better equipped to serve our communities?

• 4 Outdoor Portable Heating Lamps
• Volunteers to help run our programs (14 during the summer – 4 on Tuesdays and 10 on Thursdays) (14 per day during the school year – Mon-Thurs 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm)

• 24 clear panels for our ez-ups to protect from the elements during our winter months at our homework club. – Need met! 12/15/10 THANK YOU!
• Sleeping Bags for all kids (100) – Need met! 1/1/11 THANK YOU!
• Back to school supplies – Pens, Pencil, erasers, rulers, sharpeners, color pencils, scissors, back packs – Need met! 1/1/11 THANK YOU!
• Provide monthly birthday cakes to celebrate monthly birthdays – Need met! 1/1/11 THANK YOU!
• 6 E-Z UP Eclipse II (12×12) – Need met! 08/01/10 THANK YOU!
• 10-15 Plastic Tables (6 Ft Long) – Need met! 6/1/10 THANK YOU!
• 25 – 50 Metal Folding Chairs – Need met! 11/19/09 THANK YOU!

Ongoing Needs:
